Updating my reviewI originally called for furnace problem in Spring 2023. The tech was prompt & fixed. He suggested time to replace. Ken came to our home at a later date explaining options for replacement of our old AC & furnace. We bought heat pump with furnace with additional duct work for just under $14k When the installers came we had few minor issues with installation. There was misunderstanding to what we agreed to with Ken, but after phone calls it was resolved. They had the wrong equipment but got the correct one delivered quickly. The installer did have problems dropping some foul language while on my property. It was frustrating to me after being here all day to find out, the install couldn’t be completed due to needing additional electrical work. They arranged for an electrician to come out. The electrician was professional & knowledgeable. We tried get a tech out at the same time to make sure we could get our heat pump working since it was warm outside. So the electrician left am& we still had no cold air. I spoke with an installation manager who said nothing could be done since the problem was with our house not having the needed electric requirements. 🙄 We did get a tech out the next day to finally get all our equipment working.November came….I called at 9:17am with no heat🥶🥶🥶Mark came out promptly within a hour! He found the problem quickly & fixed it. It was an install error. He was friendly & professional. He even let both my dogs say hello.April came….We had a nice hot day in Idaho and my cold air was not working. So another tech call to find out another install error. We did askfor someone that night but was told we had to wait till the next day. So it was frustrating to spend the night in my 80° house.A manager called me last week trying to resolve our install problems since we didn’t get any of the additional duct work that we paid for. I also explained the other concerns. She promised to follow up, but haven’t heard anything yet.We are happy with our new energy efficient heat pump & furnace!! We have seen the savings in our electric bill. I just wish install plus first year went a little smoother.

New review. Kaiden came and explained all he was going to do and proceeded to do it. Quick, efficient and personable. Kaiden took pictures and shared them with us. He explained the good and the bad. We requested a follow-up with a plumber and Kaiden was able to get one scheduled to come out. April 5 2024Matt P came by today and did routine maintenance on our HVAC and water heater. Matt was very knowledgeable and very courteous. Matt took the time to answer all of my questions, and even listen to my stories and acted as if he was interested. Maybe he was! Very nice guy. Very helpful. We have been using right now. Heating and air-conditioning for about 20 years I guess. They are our go to for heating air-conditioning water heater and now we are getting a bid on having our bathroom made ADA compliant. We had our heating and cooling system installed in2008 by RNHC. We have had no problems with the unit. We have lowered our utility bill and increased our comfort. We have them come out every 6 months. All of the tech’s have been courteous and professional.

Received incredible service by Jesus V! Was very thorough with the consultation, cut NO corners when doing testing to figure out why our furnace was over heating! He was able to successfully diagnosis a faulty sensor in our furnace causing it to shut off. We had been without heat for two days and prior to that our furnace was capping out at 68 degrees. After fixing the sensor, he stayed to ensure nothing else was causing issues or that the heater was not going to shut off on us again! He also shared really helpful tips on maintaining on furnace, as a first time home owner, this was extremely helpful! Jesus’ hard work and dedication to making sure we received excellent quality service in a timely manner, will definitely have us calling right now heating and air conditioning again.
