We called Right Now because we had a burst pipe in my basement. Within an hour we had Andrew Romriell over to fix the pipe. He was exceptionally professional and friendly. He was able to get the pipe replaced quickly and with as little damage to the house as possible. After the work was done he took the time to go over how we can prevent this damage in the future. Matt was very knowledgeable and very courteous. Matt took the time to answer all of my questions, and even listen to my stories and acted as if he was interested. Maybe he was! Very nice guy. Very helpful. We have been using right now. Heating and air-conditioning for about 20 years I guess. They are our go to for heating air-conditioning water heater and now we are getting a bid on having our bathroom made ADA compliant. We had our heating and cooling system installed in2008 by RNHC. We have had no problems with the unit. We have lowered our utility bill and increased our comfort. We have them come out every 6 months. All of the tech’s have been courteous and professional.

Typically, I don’t write Reviews But this was such a good experience for me, and I felt like I had to for this Situation. The plumber that they sent out to my home was on time, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. The problem that I called for, a clogged drain, had already resolved itself and I didn’t know it. He came in, and explained every Step of what he was doing, but When he couldn’t find an issue with it, he told me and he left. He honestly could’ve lied to me or Pretended to do something, And charged me anyways, but he was a good guy. His name is Bobby A. I would definitely use this service again, and I recommend others do. 10/10!

I have looked at the reviews. I think it all depends on your experience. i called around because I live out in the county could not find one company that would come out and service our furnace. Right Now sent out a flyer. called them they came out same day. fixed our furnace Ryan was a great help but told us our furnace was 25 yrs old and we should get it replaced. didn't have the finances for it at the time. it rain most of the winter for a good solid 4 months. went down again just recently. called Ryan came out and took a look and told us what's wrong and the cost. he said with it being 10yrs over the life expectancy that by the time we fix it another part will go bad and will cost more. so instead of plugging more money into repairs we had a sales man Nic come out. Nic was super friendly and great to work with. got us a killer deal on the furnace and AC unit. paid for it up front even though they offer financing. Next day the installers were out at our house installing. they did a great job. nice thing is they gave us credit for the jobs and services they had done before towards the new installation. They are friendly fast and don't want to tap the bank account. For the most part they have everything on hand and didn't have to wait for items to come in. They are awesome!!!

Received incredible service by Jesus V! Was very thorough with the consultation, cut NO corners when doing testing to figure out why our furnace was over heating! He was able to successfully diagnosis a faulty sensor in our furnace causing it to shut off. We had been without heat for two days and prior to that our furnace was capping out at 68 degrees. After fixing the sensor, he stayed to ensure nothing else was causing issues or that the heater was not going to shut off on us again! He also shared really helpful tips on maintaining on furnace, as a first time home owner, this was extremely helpful! Jesus’ hard work and dedication to making sure we received excellent quality service in a timely manner, will definitely have us calling right now heating and air conditioning again.
